Do the prices include tax?+
Yes. The prices you see include the 13% VAT in force in Costa Rica, and we show the breakdown next to each plan, as article 187 of the Regulation to Law 7472 requires. There are no extra activation or cancellation charges.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit card, bank transfer and SINPE Móvil (Costa Rica).
Is my data secure?+
Yes, we use PostgreSQL with encryption at rest and in transit, Row Level Security, and automatic backups.
Can I import my existing data?+
Yes, we offer CSV import for animals, fields, inventory and contacts.
