This site presents the Agripino platform, describes its features and pricing, and allows users to register and sign in. Use of the platform is governed by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Merely visiting this site creates no obligation for the visitor and does not constitute the contracting of any service.

5. Intellectual property

The Agripino brand, logo, site design, texts, reference databases and platform code are the property of PENDIENTE DE COMPLETAR (razón social registrada) or are used under licence, except where expressly stated otherwise.

Some legal documents on this site are derivative works of texts published under Creative Commons licences. Each document states its licence and attribution at the foot. Data entered into the platform by users belongs to them and not to Agripino, as detailed in the Terms of Service.

6. Complaints handling

We provide a free complaints channel, pursuant to article 195 of the Regulation to Law 7472. You may file a complaint by writing to [email protected] through the same electronic medium you used to contract.

We commit to the following response times:

• Acknowledgement of receipt: 2 business days.
• Substantive response: 10 business days.
• Personal data requests (access, rectification, suppression): 5 business days, pursuant to article 7 of Law 8968.

7. Applicable law

This site and the services offered through it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, in particular Law 7472 and its Regulation, Law 8968 on the Protection of the Person in the Processing of their Personal Data, and Law 8454 on Certificates, Digital Signatures and Electronic Documents.

All contractual documents are issued in Spanish, which is the only binding version.
